Come together to experience and learn about the importance of work place wellbeing, mental health support and wellness.
Over one or two days, you will have the opportunity to gain an in depth understanding of mental health in the workplace, how to have the correct support in place and how to grow resilience in your teams and respond to and manage stress effectively.
During your time with us you will also be able to immerse yourselves in some wellbeing experiences, understand and decide what will suit best to implement into your place of work, how to do this and why it is essential to improving retention and lowering absenteeism.
Our workshops across the two days, can include information and experiences as set out below, but they can also include specific training around mental health, menopause and women’s health, and men’s health too.
