Our company’s ethos is to help you promote wellbeing in the workplace in a different, more practical way that is accessible for all, creating a cultural shift.

Since trading in 2021, Optimise Workplace Wellbeing has become a Limited Company with Companies House, is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office ensuring the information we hold is stored safely and in line with the General Data Protection Regulations and we are a committed member of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce.

We are a Registered training provider with Qualsafe Awards as proof that we take our responsibility as a training organisation seriously.

We have pledged our support to our Armed Forces, their families and our veterans having signed the Armed Forces Covenant and we are an active supporter and advocate of the Mental Health at Work Commitment.

We now work with over 100 Companies and Organisations across many sectors and remain enthusiastically committed to deliver good practice and evidence-based solutions and services.

As a Registered training provider, we have trained over 450 people in Level 3 Mental Health First Aid, we have written and delivered a UK first of its kind, Mental Health upskilling course for employees working in the Adult Social Care sector funded through NHS England.

We have run free Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops and training sessions to independent small and large businesses across the County and continue to work with some of the County’s largest organisations supporting them to implement workplace wellbeing and mental health awareness for their employees.

We have helped a significant number of senior leaders through our one-to-one Executive Coaching & Leadership programme and have supported others in Stress & Anxiety Coaching across all levels.

We are also excited to introduce our new Wellbeing Leadership Programme, a 4-day training with 6 exciting modules that teaches the wellbeing leaders in your organisation how to successfully implement the correct procedures, policies and support systems for colleagues across all areas of wellbeing with our ongoing support and guidance.
